My primary modalities are Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Evidence based theories. When working with couples, I tend to pull from The Gottman Method or Imago Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
